Selling was definitely the right thing to do. We decided to repaint everything, put in new carpets and service the HVAC. I live in Florida, so Cristi advised on color selection, engaged the contractors and actually "Project Managed" everything beginning to end as part of her service. She then recommended "Staging" the property which ultimately paid back ten-fold I believe. After being staged with furniture and art, the property looked spectacular and sold within two weeks at a good price.
